Our Programs
At Playdate Preschool, we believe learning should be joyful, hands-on, and developmentally appropriate at every age. That’s why we offer two thoughtfully designed programs to meet children right where they are:
Preschool Outdoor Program (Ages 2–3)
Our Preschool Outdoor Program is perfect for curious toddlers who are ready to explore the world around them. Running from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, this half-day program gives children the perfect balance of structure, play, and exploration in a safe, nurturing environment.
Through play-based learning, art, music, sensory play, and outdoor adventures, children develop early social, emotional, and language skills while having fun and building confidence. This program focuses on:
- Building confidence and independence
- Making friends and learning to play cooperatively
- Introducing early learning concepts like colors, shapes, numbers, and letters through fun, hands-on activities
It’s all about helping our littlest learners feel safe, loved, and excited to come to school each day.
Kinder Prep Program (Ages 3–4)
Our Kinder Prep Program is designed for older preschoolers who are ready for a little more structure while keeping the magic of early childhood intact. Running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, this program blends playful exploration with the early academic skills children need for kindergarten readiness, including:
- Letter and number recognition using developmentally friendly methods like Handwriting Without Tears
- Pre-literacy skills through storytelling, songs, and early writing
- Problem-solving and critical thinking through STEM-inspired activities and imaginative play
Children leave Kinder Prep feeling confident, capable, and ready for the transition to kindergarten — all while enjoying a warm, creative, and play-filled environment.
